Innovations

Our innovations cover a wide variety of elements and experiences for the Kmart customer. We aim to encourage customers to be involved and engaged especially in the launch of our range and onwards.

QR Codes

QR codes will be embedded on swing tags.
The QR codes will take the customer straight to the garment care, technology use and breakdown of the garment on the ease of their smartphone.

Networking

Launch Event

Our promotional event will showcase the smart tech range to Kmart customers and give them the opportunity to try in store and buy before being exclusively online. Walt Collins, our partnered influencer will be present to meet and greet and participate in the festivities. 

Our launch party will have two dates - with the first one being held at our Melbourne CBD store and the second being held in regional Victoria to allow more customers the opportunity to test-run the new products and meet Walt.

Digital In-Store video demonstrations

Interactive digital videos in-stores will demonstrate how the garments are used. 

Majority of our range will be online only - these instructional, interactive videos will show these garments work, with them in action and how to care for them. 
Similar to the QR codes but with a more interactive aspect. 

Justification

We decided to opt for these innovations as they are easy to use but effective. They will make the customer feel more involved, informed and add a fun activity to launch a niche range of safety clothing. The launch event will also encourage a family day which is a key component within our safety tech range.
